Kristi Woods is a Toronto-based ACTRA and CAEA actor known for grounded, emotionally truthful performances across film, television, and stage. Her screen work includes In the Dark, The Violinist, ReV, and Haunted Hospitals. She performed in the Dora-nominated Rock of Ages at the Elgin Theatre and received a Calgary Theatre Critics nomination for Outstanding Leading Actor in a Comedy for her role as Jennie Malone in Chapter Two at Stage West. Her work as a vocalist has taken her to stages including the Princess of Wales Theatre, Koerner Hall, the St. Lawrence Centre, and Carnegie Hall in New York. Kristi began her professional career in 2019 and has since worked across theatre, film, television, commercials, and voiceover. When not on set or stage, she is a mom, wife, and avid baker who enjoys camping, crocheting, and caring for dogs in her home. These everyday rhythms keep her grounded and deeply connected to the human experiences that inform her work. Most recently, she appeared in The Wedding Party at Theatre Orangeville and will appear in the upcoming world premiere of Deadly Memories at the Port Stanley Theatre Festival.
